It is a condition for all purchases at Ledig-Bostad.se that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The user's selection of the "I Accept Terms of Service" field is deemed to constitute an agreement between you and Ledig-Bostad.se, after which Ledig-Bostad.se and you are bound by the terms. The purchase agreement is between you (the advertiser) and Ledig-Bostad.se (advertiser).
When creating rental ads, Ledig-Bostad must be aware of the full address of the rent as well as the landlord's name, address, telephone number and e-mail. If this information is not provided, the ad cannot be approved.
Ledig-Bostad does not allow the ad text itself to contain contact information in the form of phone numbers, email addresses, company name, website or similar. This information will be removed from the ad text. Ledig-Bostad points out that it is not allowed to create multiple ads for the same lease and that each advertisement should deal with one lease and that the lease should normally be rented on a monthly basis, minimum for a full month.
Ledig-Bostad also reserves the right, at any time, to reject ads without prior dialogue with the landlord and for any reason.
Your login to Ledig-Bostad is personal and therefore may not be disclosed, loaned or sold to others, as is not permitted to use your access to disclosing information available only after your login, for example contact information on landlords or homeowners.
Violation of the above will be further investigated and may ultimately result in immediate blocking of your housing search / advertisement without compensation from Ledig-Bostad.
Ledig-Bostad reserves the right to update our policies and terms of use, including personal data policy and cookies, as required, and announce the changes at www.ledig-bostad.se.
By payment, you agree that Ledig-Bostad.se may deduct the agreed amount that is in accordance with the selected service, either from your payment card or mobile bill. As soon as the payment is completed, the benefits will be visible on Ledig-Bostad.se. As advertising begins immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase. The advertisement will run for the specified period and cannot be terminated. Deleting an ad or user will lose the remaining period of service. Any kind of online money transfer is via an encrypted connection. This means that, for example, credit card information cannot be read or captured by others. An encrypted connection can be recognized that in your browser's status bar there is a lock icon where the lock is closed. In order to provide maximum security for your payment card information, Ledig-Bostad.se does not store your card information. This implies that we meet very high security requirements.
All prices are incl. 25% Danish VAT.
The entry fee costs only 9 SEK for the first 14 days and then 399 SEK every 4 weeks, which will be deducted automatically until you unsubscribe. It can always be unsubscribed, which you will be able to do in your account settings.
The ordered product or service will be delivered immediately after payment. The amount will be deducted from your card immediately.
You can terminate your membership whenever you want, and your subscription will end at the end of the period for which you have paid.
When you try to purchase and complete the payment process, you also indicate that Ledig-Bostad must withdraw the agreed amount in accordance with the selected subscription. The selected subscription will be renewed automatically until you sign out under "My Account".
If your card is closed, we consider this to be a notification. That is, you will be able to use your remaining paid subscription period, and then you can use another card to renew your subscription
if desired.
There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of services and / or services at Ledig-Bostad.se. As soon as the payment has been completed, delivery has taken place and the service / services are displayed on Ledig-Bostad.se. As advertising begins immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase.
If the service is used, there will be no right of complaint. If the product could not be used due to website errors, the user may receive additional subscription time corresponding to the time that the service could not be used. This requires the user to send documentation for the service to be unavailable, which for an example could be a screenshot.
Any advertisement must make the content in a good and sober tone, so that the content in no way may seem offensive. It is for example not allowed to contain:

Ledig-Bostad.se does not provide any warranty or insurance coverage for your rented / leased product. This is the responsibility of the tenant / landlord for the product / service to comply with the description, and the treatment at the tenant is in accordance with the agreement with the owner / landlord.
